Fall is in full swing here at Broadway Place, and we’re ready to cheer on the Ducks as they make us proud! We’ve got some exciting events lined up this season to bring our community together, celebrate, and enjoy all the fun that autumn has to offer.

Get ready for a cozy treat! Join us in the leasing office from 8:30am - 1:00pm on November 20th for delicious apple cider donuts that perfectly balance sweet and spicy. Swing by, grab a warm bite, and meet your neighbors.

A big thank you to all the residents who joined us for our first event under new management—a fun-filled caramel apple-making session on Halloween! We loved seeing everyone come together and get creative with their delicious treats. Looking forward to many more events with our wonderful community!

"Broadway Place offers a wide variety of conveniences that encapsulate the unique experience of living in Eugene. The grounds are well maintained and offer a park place atmosphere inside whie overlooking the heart of downtown. Perhaps the best part is the addition of many new staff (Kaelie & Simon, to name a few) specifically the maintenance team (Carlos and Rylan). They are high energy and seem to work very well together. they are always busy and available across the complex and appear to genuinely enjoy keeping the establishment at a high level of functionality and presentation."
