Caramel Apple Making Bar - October 31st
Join us in the Leasing Office on Halloween, October 31st, for a deliciously fun caramel apple-making event! We’ll have apples prepared on dowels, a crockpot full of melted caramel, and trays of toppings like crushed Oreos, peanuts, and mini M&Ms for you to create your perfect treat. Drop by anytime between 10 AM and 4 PM to indulge in some sweet Halloween fun. We can't wait to see you there!

Halloween Downtown - October 26th
Join us for some Halloween fun in Downtown Eugene on Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 1 PM to 6 PM! The festivities include a Pet Parade from 1–2 PM, Trick-or-Treating with local merchants (hi, it's us👋🏼) from 2–5 PM, and a spooky scavenger hunt with the Monstrous Map of the Macabre from 2–6 PM. Don’t miss the finale in Kesey Square featuring Thrill the World and the Hexenbrut Witches at 5:45 PM! Broadway Place will be handing out candy, and we hope you can join us for this neighborhood celebration of Halloween!

"Broadway Place offers a wide variety of conveniences that encapsulate the unique experience of living in Eugene. The grounds are well maintained and offer a park place atmosphere inside whie overlooking the heart of downtown. Perhaps the best part is the addition of many new staff (Kaelie & Simon, to name a few) specifically the maintenance team (Carlos and Rylan). They are high energy and seem to work very well together. they are always busy and available across the complex and appear to genuinely enjoy keeping the establishment at a high level of functionality and presentation."
