December is here, and we’re feeling the holiday cheer at Broadway Place! This month, we’re excited to celebrate with our Broadway Place Holiday Party and the Annual North Coast Living Food Drive, running property-wide through 12/31. P.S. North Coast will be matching all donations made!

Holiday Party - December 5th
Join us from 6-8pm for a festive evening at Noisette Pastry Kitchen, exclusively for Broadway Place residents! Enjoy delicious food, drinks, and live music by Scott Austin as we celebrate the season together—it's the perfect chance to mingle, jingle, and get into the holiday spirit with neighbors and staff.

Annual North Coast Food Drive
This December, Broadway Place is proud to partner with FOOD for Lane County to help fight hunger in our community. From 12/01 to 12/31, we’ll be collecting food donations both online and in person to support those in need this holiday season. Whether you drop off non-perishable items at our leasing office or donate online, your contribution will help bring meals and hope to local families. Click below to donate online and be sure to email us a receipt to broadway@northcoastliving.com so North Coast can double your donation!
