Our neighbor Noisette PK, conveniently located downstairs in our building, offers the finest French-inspired pastries and savory bites made with PNW ingredients. From flaky croissants to colorful cookies, they’ve mastered the art of indulgence. They even hosted our recent holiday party, making it extra special. We love their commitment to our community—stop by, show your support, and treat yourself to something delicious!

Broadway Place Takes First Place!
We’re thrilled to announce that Broadway Place has won this year’s 'Best Holiday Theme' award across all North Coast properties for our “The Grinch’s Cave” display in the leasing office for the annual food drive! A big thank you to our team for their creativity and effort—check out North Coast’s post to see all the amazing displays that competed.
A heartfelt thank you also goes out to our residents who contributed to the Annual North Coast Living Food Drive. Over the years, we’ve donated an incredible 74,859 pounds of food, and with your help, that number is sure to grow even higher. Any guesses on where we’ll land this year? Stay tuned as we calculate the final total and celebrate our impact together!
