we had an unforgettable June at our Broadway Place Block Party—thank you to everyone who came out! Now we’re keeping the fun going this July with 4th of July celebrations and Eugene’s First Friday Artwalk on July 5th from 5:30–8:00 PM at 110 E 11th Ave, Suite C.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our June Summer Block Party! It was an incredible day filled with games, live music, karaoke, food, drinks, and great company. We loved seeing our community come together and can't wait to do it again soon!

"My wife and I have lived in our Broadway Place apartment for about ten years. It’s a very comfortable place, and very convenient to shopping and to our fitness club. The management and maintenance team have always been friendly, respectful, and professional. The current team is especially friendly and supportive. Last Friday we had a very nice barbecue at which the management team prepared “Philly Steak sandwiches”, which were very delicious! The cooks very skillful. The drinks were also good! My wife and I enjoyed our “Fryday” meal very much.😊😊 Thank you very much!! 🙏🏻"
