August is here, and there’s lots to look forward to at Broadway Place! We’re putting the finishing touches on new common area lighting across both buildings, and our welcome gift baskets for new move-ins are officially rolling out. Sip & Share - August 22nd
How well do you know your neighbor? Join us for a fun night of mingling, pizza, and prizes at 5:00 PM by unit 145 (North Side)! Fill out a neighbor bingo card by meeting fellow residents—new and longtime—for a chance to win one of several raffle prizes. Enjoy strawberry lemonade daiquiris (2-drink limit) and connect with your community in a laid-back, welcoming space. We can't wait to see you there!
