June Block Party - June 28th
Mark your calendars for the biggest event of the year—our June Block Party at Broadway Place on June 28th from 1–6 PM! Join us right here on West Broadway, where the streets will be blocked off for an epic afternoon of fun. Enjoy food and drinks, games, a dunk tank, live music from two amazing volunteer musicians, karaoke, and local vendor booths. This is the first of many summer block parties to come—don’t miss it!

"We've been living at Broadway Place Apartments for almost four months and everything has been great! The maintenance service here is fast and excellent. Our garbage disposal and a light bulb in our apartment have some problems, so we reported it to the leasing office staff. In less than two hours, everything was fixed and replaced. We appreciate the quick response and professional service. Highly recommend this place!!"
