Block Party *new date* - July 11th
Mark your calendars! Our Second Annual Broadway Place Block Party has been rescheduled to Saturday, July 11, from 1:00–6:00 PM. Join us as we transform Broadway into a vibrant community celebration featuring local vendors, live music, karaoke, delicious food and drinks, entertainment, and fun for all ages. We can't wait to celebrate with our residents, neighbors, and the Eugene community at one of our favorite events of the summer!

Your 4th of July, sorted. Head to Florence for a classic coastal celebration, or enjoy the small-town charm of the Creswell 4th of July Parade. Closer to home, Eugene’s biggest Independence Day fireworks show is the Eugene Pro Rodeo “American Celebration” at the Oregon Horse Center, while Springfield’s Light of Liberty Celebration at Island Park offers family-friendly festivities and a beautiful fireworks display over the Willamette River. So many ways to celebrate just a short drive away!

Support The Digital Summer Food Drive
North Coast Living's annual Summer Digital Food Drive is here! Running from June 29–July 29, helping support local food banks across the communities we serve. At Broadway Place, donations will benefit Lane County providing critical resources to families throughout Eugene. Every dollar donated can provi,de nearly three pounds of food and allows food banks to purchase fresh essentials like milk, eggs, produce, and meat. To maximize the impact, North Coast Living will match all monetary donations, doubling our community's contribution. Join us in donating to support neighbors in need.
