Anabel's Mexican Fiesta - Sept 25th
Get ready for a fiesta at Broadway Place! Join us on Friday, September 25 from 4:30–7:00 PM in Unit 149 for an evening of delicious food (1 entree + rice/bens) and time with neighbors. We’ll be serving up a catered spread from Anabel’s Authentic Mexican Kitchen, so come hungry and ready to enjoy! We can’t wait to celebrate with you. 🌮💃

Oregon Ducks Football vs. Portland State!
Head to Autzen Stadium on Friday, September 18 as the Oregon Ducks take on Portland State! Known for its famously loud, high-energy atmosphere, an Oregon home game is an experience every Eugene local should have at least once. If you haven’t made it to Autzen yet, this is your sign—grab your green and yellow, get your tickets, and experience Duck game day for yourself!
Proper Disposal of Large Items ♻️
Moving, decluttering, or replacing furniture? Please remember that furniture, mattresses, appliances, and other bulky belongings should not be left in or around our community trash areas. If you have a large item to dispose of, Sanipac offers scheduled bulky-item pickup in Eugene for a fee. Simply call 541-736-3600 to arrange a pickup and confirm disposal instructions. For items that are still in good condition, consider donating them to a local organization instead. Thank you for helping us keep Broadway Place clean and welcoming for everyone!

"I moved out of Broadway Place Apartments about two months ago, and I can honestly say it’s hard to find another place as ideal as Broadway. We lived here for about seven months and everything was wonderful, from the friendly helpful staff (special thanks to Simon for always being so attentive and kind) to the well-maintained facilities. The rooftop area was one of our favorite spots: quiet, beautiful, and filled with greenery, perfect for relaxing and recharging. If we ever return to Eugene, this would be the first place we’d want to rent again. Our time living here was truly special and healing "
