Community News

we’re proud to share that our Broadway Place Eugene Apartments management team recently completed their volunteer day at the Food for Lane County Diner, giving back to our local community in a meaningful way. Supporting organizations that fight food insecurity is an important part of who we are, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside such an impactful organization right here in Lane County.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

"We've been living at Broadway Place Apartments for almost four months and everything has been great! The maintenance service here is fast and excellent. Our garbage disposal and a light bulb in our apartment have some problems, so we reported it to the leasing office staff. In less than two hours, everything was fixed and replaced. We appreciate the quick response and professional service. Highly recommend this place!!"

Local Feature

A Creativity...MECCA🎨

MECCA Eugene is a true hub for creativity and community in Lane County, offering accessible ways for people of all ages and skill levels to explore self-expression through the arts. This January and February, MECCA is hosting Crafty Resolutions 2026, a six-week series featuring rotating craft themes, hands-on workshops, artist meetups, and take-home kits designed to inspire creativity all year long.

Upcoming themes include February 3–8, focused on jewelry with upcycled designs, repairs, beadwork, and jewelry swaps, followed by February 10–15, highlighting yarn arts such as embroidery, felting, crochet, and curated yarn kits. It’s a great opportunity to try something new, connect with local artists, and get creative close to home.

Live Well

Annual Food Drive Impact

This year, our communities donated over 27,000 pounds of food to our Annual North Coast Living Winter Food Drive, helping provide thousands of meals to families in need. What begins as a simple act of giving at our properties becomes real nourishment and meaningful impact, making this one of the most important initiatives we take part in each year. Congratulations to our top contributors by pounds per unit—The Lark, Kearney Plaza, and The Gossamer—and special recognition to The Upland, The Margot, and Barham Villas for their outstanding total donations. Thank you to every resident and team member who participated and helped strengthen the communities we call home.
